GoodBye Espanola and Hello Spanish

Good Bye Espanola and Hello Spanish by temporallobe at Garmin Connect - Details

  • Weather: High of 26 Celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit) Cloudy and a little windy today.
  • Distance for today: 41.09 kl (25.53 miles)
  • Total Distance to Date: 3743.36 km (2360.79 miles)
  • Song of the Day:  Still listening to The new Kanye West and Jay Z album Walk The Thrown (can't figure out if I like it or not)

It was the first morning without Mandy. Melissa and I are pretty set in our routine. Mandy is usually up before us so it took the two of us to pull it together for this morning. We pulled it off pretty well if I don't say so myself.

Running on a narrow strip next the highway. I always like it when I have a police escort. I feel really save then. Not like today. Lot's of honks, and waves and that always get's me running a little bit more.

Germain and Lisa. Thanks ladies.
I ran through a construction site and got up to the flag people. Germain and Lisa were there to start and stop the traffic. Melissa drives the RV through the single lane at times like this and I try to run just on the side of the road so I don't stop traffic for the construction zones.

Hello Webbwood.

Later on a Family Judy, Heather, and Mike pulled over and handed us a donation.
Judy ran back after Mike pulled over and we ran back to her car together

The run is starting to go into a zone where I will have limited internet and cell phone connection. I will make every effort to update as often as I can, but there may be a day or so that I can't get access.

You can still follow me because of the SPOT GPS device on the website. It uses a different satellite connection and will show you where I am during the run. I turn it off when the marathon is done (if I remember) and back on the next day. It does a live feed of my current location.

I am looking forward to Monday as I get to run with Thomas who is coming from the US to run with me ;') Just keep in mind Thomas I am really slow.

I also get to go to the Council Meeting in Sue St Marie and having a Run To Remember day declared. So it's going to be and exciting Monday. I can't wait to forget it all (sorry little memory joke there)

So back to the RV going to stretch and sleep.

Oh if anyone knows where there is Wi-Fi and a power connection in Blind River Ontario. Let me know.

Me after running for 41.09kl.
