I have run over 7000 km since April 1st!! Wow.

Today started near the top of the Glacier National Park. It has an elevation of over 1000 meters above see level. It was very cold and very snowy. The shoulder of the highway, where I run, was this mix of sand, salt, snow and dirt. That kind of snow on the side of the road on a city street. No longer that gorgeous white snow but that gross dirty snow.

I'm coming Kamloops

Lot's of downhill today.

Rogers Pass is definitely a scary road to drive on in the winter. Running it however is somewhere between insane and brain damaged.

On the way to run start this morning we passed a big rig that had run off the road. A while later we passed an accident. During the run I got a nice consistent dose of road all over me.

We drove back to the hotel and tonight we are staying in the motorhome plugged into the Best Western.
