Today started off well and for the most part was a perfect run. It was cold, snowy but the wind was on my side.
My ankles are starting to hurt. So I have added some stretches and added some cushioning insoles to help ease the discomfort.
My Mom took this picture and accidently left the flash on. However compared the picture without the flash on this one just looked so good. She caught the clouds, the road, and the sign. Look at the color of the tree's!!
